Welcome to Kyeni Ensemble. Our platform is developed to make the shipping process easy and time-saving. Below are our shipping guidelines and rules.
Kyeni Ensemble does not store books listed on our Platform. Sellers store books and are responsible for shipping them to buyers once books get sold.
Sellers are supposed to ship books within 3 days (72 hours) after the buyer places the order. If you are not able to ship within this timeframe, please notify the buyer.
Our Service provides USPS prepaid shipping labels. Sellers can print shipping labels for mail including Express Mail, First Class Mail, and Priority Mail.
Printing shipping labels
Once the book is sold, package the book ready for shipping. You can use new shipping boxes or envelopes or recycle existing ones. If you choose to recycle, please make sure they are in good shape. For example, they should not be torn, and no address or shipping labels from previous recipients.
Go to the Shipping page under the seller dashboard to initiate shipping and to buy USPS prepaid shipping labels. Enter relevant shipping details such as:
- Buyer shipping address
- Package weight and dimensions
The system will calculate shipping costs based on the details you provide. Confirm shipping details before printing the shipping labels.
Sellers can print the USPS prepaid shipping labels in PDF format directly if connected to a printer or save the labels and print them later.
Wrap the prepaid shipping label on the package and drop the package at the post office for shipping.
