Our return and refund policy varies by seller, so please check the individual seller’s policy. We refund your money back within 30 days upon being notified by the seller that the book has been returned, inspected and it meets their return policy.
Our shipping policy requires the seller to ship the book within 3 days (72 hours) after the buyer places the order. Delivery times may vary depending on the seller and your location. You will receive an estimated delivery date during the checkout process.

When you purchase a book, the seller will ship the book to you. Our system enables sellers to print USPS prepaid shipping labels for shipping books sold on our platform. Buyers are informed of the estimated delivery times during the checkout process. Tracking information is provided to ensure a smooth delivery. We recommend sellers to ship using USPS prepaid shipping labels generated from our platform. Sellers can also choose to ship through other preferred shipping couriers. Listing books on our platform is free. You can list as many books as you want. We take a facilitation fee of 13% of the final total price plus 0.50 USD per order. The facilitation fee includes payment processing fee through third parties.
