At Kyeni Ensemble, we strive to streamline your selling experience by making it as easy as possible for the sellers to sell books to buyers.
Here is a guideline on how to create seller account and list books.
You can create a seller account through our website or through the mobile app. Download the mobile app Kyeni, from Google Play for Android or from App Store for iPhone and iPad users

Website: On the website, click Start Selling and follow the steps to create a seller account. You can register as an individual seller or as a registered business such as bookstores. After submitting your application, you will receive an email to activate your seller account and provide verification documents for approval. Once approved, log in and access the seller dashboard to begin listing books.
App: You can register through the mobile app by clicking “Settings” then “Log In” and follow registration process. Access the seller dashboard through the mobile app and complete other registration steps. It is the same process as registering through the website.
Use the mobile app to scan book ISBN barcode and take book images.
On the mobile app, go to My Products under Settings and follow steps.
From the seller dashboard, sellers can update their account profile, add payment options (PayPal or Bank account details where money earned from selling books will be deposited), add store refunds and returns policies, store discounts and deals, store opening hours and many more.
Listing books on our platform is free, easy and fast. All you need is to download our mobile app, Kyeni, and scan your book’s ISBN barcode.
Follow the steps below:
We recommend uploading multiple book images so that customers can get a better view of the book’s current condition.
We recommend you add a short description of the book’s condition. For example, mention if the book is torn, or has missing pages or writings on the pages.
In case there are book details not found by scanning ISBN barcode, type the details on respective fields. If you do not have access to the mobile app, you can still list and sell books on our platform. Simply go to the seller dashboard on the website, enter the book details manually and upload book images.
Wrap the package with the USPS prepaid shipping label.
Drop the package at the USPS office for shipping.
Sellers decide how much it will cost to ship books to the buyer. To set shipping cost, go to the Settings on the sellers’ dashboard and click Shipping to access Shipping Settings page.
You may visit websites for shipping couriers such as USPS website to check estimated shipping rates within the USA.
You will receive email notification when your book gets sold. Once your book is sold, go to the Shipping section on the seller’s dashboard to initiate shipping and complete shipping process. Package the book, go to your preferred shipping courier to purchase shipping labels and ship the book to the buyer.
Your earnings will be deposited in the bank account or PayPal account you provided during seller account registration. The bank account/ PayPal should have the same name as the seller’s name on our platform. For registered businesses, the bank account/ PayPal should have the business name not personal account.
After your book gets sold, you will receive your earnings within 14 days. We take a facilitation fee of 16% of the total cost plus 0.50 USD per order. The facilitation fee includes payment processing fees through third parties. There are no hidden fees; the facilitation fee is standard across all payment methods. Additionally, your book is insured up to a maximum of 100 US dollars.
