Start Selling at Kyeni Ensemble
Thank you for choosing Kyeni Ensemble! Kyeni Ensemble is a user-friendly platform, designed to give you the best online selling experience.
Here is a guideline on how to create seller account and list books.
Kyeni Ensemble from Google Play for Android or from App Store for iPhone and iPad users.
Seller registration
Click Start Selling on the website or on the mobile app to create a seller account. You can register as an individual seller or as a registered business such as bookstore. After registration, you will receive an email to activate your seller account and provide your/ or business verification documents to be approved to sell on the platform.
Listing books
Use the mobile app to scan book ISBN barcode and take book images.
On the mobile app, go to My Products under Settings and follow steps.
We recommend you upload multiple book images so that customers can see the current condition of the book.
Specify book condition: New, Like New, Very Good, Good, Fair. We recommend you add a short description about book condition. For example, mention if the book is torn, or has missing pages or writings on the pages.
Shipping cost
Sellers decide on the shipping cost. Access Shipping page on seller dashboard to indicate shipping cost for your book. You can decide to offer free shipping, or state the cost which will be displayed alongside the book price. You may check online, like on USPS website for estimated shipping rates within the USA.
Shipping books
Once your book gets sold, go to Shipping section on seller dashboard to initiate shipping. You can print the USPS prepaid shipping label from our platform for shipping the book to the buyer.
Package the book ready to ship to the buyer.
Wrap the package with the USPS prepaid shipping label.
Drop the package at the USPS office for shipping.

Seller payment
Listing books is free. After your book gets sold, you will receive your earnings within 14 days. We take a facilitation fee of 13% of the total price plus 0.50 USD per order. This fee includes payment processing fees through third parties. There are no hidden fees; the facilitation fee is standard across all payment methods. Additionally, your book is insured up to a maximum of 100 US dollars.
Listing books manually
In case there are book details not found by scanning ISBN barcode, type the details on respective fields. If for some reason you do not have access to the mobile app, you can still sell books on our platform. Simply go to the seller dashboard on the website, enter the book details manually and upload book images.
